✦ GENERAL ✦

○ You must read the Terms of Service before placing an order.○ I will consider that you read everything if you contact me for a project.○ When you place an order:

● I reserve the right to refuse your request if I feel that it does not match what I do or that I am not able to carry it out.● Try to be as precise as possible. Mood boards, reference images and even very simple sketches are welcome.● If you do not have specific ideas, I will assume that you are giving me free rein.● I reserve the right to modify the price of the order according to the complexity of the request.● Minors are not allowed to place orders, unless they have written and signed permission from their parents.

✦ WHAT I DRAW ✦

○ I do: Characters (all genres), OCs, Fanart, Kemonomimi, anthropomorphic animals, lewd, soft NSFW, soft gore.○ I don’t do: Hard NSFW, hard gore, styles different from those offered.Don't hesitate to ask me if you're not sure!

✦ PAYMENT & REFUND ✦

○ Payment is made in full before the start of the order.○ The commission cannot start until payment has been received.○ You can cancel your request at any time. If the drawing has not been started, you will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the refund will be based on the percentage of completion of the drawing.Example:
If I estimate that the drawing has been done to 50%, you will only have a refund of 50% of the initial price.

✦ DEADLINES, RETURNS & DELIVERY ✦

○ Understand that I also have a full-time job, a private life, personal projects and potentially other orders. The progress of your drawing may therefore be slowed down.○ However, I will try to deliver it to you within a deadline of 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the drawing. Of course, I will let you know if I need more time.○ If you have a deadline:

● I can refuse, if I think I won't have time at all.
● Fees may apply, if I think I have time but it's still quite short.
● Your order will be a priority, if the deadline is justified (project, gift, etc).

○ You receive the progress (WIPs) of each step for validation.○ During the sketching step, you will have the right to a maximum of 3 returns for major changes (modification of the pose, addition of elements, change of details etc).○ For the other steps, only one minor return per step will be allowed (such as color changes for example).○ Additional major modifications will be charged accordingly.○ Once the work is done, you will be sent the versions with and without signature, as well as a version with a transparent background.

✦ USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ✦

○ As an artist, the copyright belongs to me. You therefore do not have the right to claim my work as your own.○ You must credit me for each share of my work.○ Keep in mind that I will also share the commission on my side and I will use it to promote the rest of my work. However, don't hesitate to tell me if I shouldn't share the drawing right away (project with release date, gift, etc.).○ I prohibit the use of my work for commercial purposes (print, goodies, merch, etc).○ I also prohibit the use of my work in the training of generative AI or for the creation of NFT.
